Returns and exchange policy

Our returns policy is for the time period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After those days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do NOT offer returns on all custom items, as they are hand made and custom to your description. We do not accept refunds on gift cards or sale items. We do not offer refunds for improper fitting, we do have an installation guide to help you through the process.

We only offer refunds on items that are faulty. The items must be in the same condition, unworn, unused and in the original packaging. We will not accept refunds for items that have been worn, smell of smoke or stained.

To start a return or exchange

To start a return, you MUST contact us within those 30 days or as soon as possible with pictures of the goods you intend to return, reasoning and your order number as we will need this to complete the refund and exchange process.

If we have agreed for you to return the item, we recommend you send this tracked delivery as we will not be liable for any items lost in postage. Once we have received and inspected your item we will notify you regarding exchange or refund.

For returns, we will either offer an exchange or a refund back to you for the amount purchased deducting shipping.

If a refund has been agreed, please bare in mind that payment providers can take time to process refunds.
